1 – 200 of 423 Newer› Newest»I want to say a few words about the incredible DSN course with Anandji in Washington DC. I must admit having approached this course with some trepidation as I had just recently recovered from sleep deprivation and overwork from having a baby in the house and balancing responsibilities. But I trusted my friends, and of course dear Guruji, that this would be a course to overcome my limitations and energize my enthusiasm, so I signed up with the blessings of my wife, Anne.
Well, all I can say is my expectations were such understatements! As always, I did not know what I did not know. I was worried about an illusion.The programs, the processes, the homework all shattered or dissolved what I perceived were my limitations. And of course there was Anandji. His delivery of the knowledge was so energetic and absolutely confident that I felt like a lion just being close to him. In his words, "its better to be a weak lion than a strong chicken! Got it?!" He guided us or pushed us to go deep, do things I thought would be painful or too tough, or that I did not know was even in the realm of reality. I did it and was amazed! Not only amazed, but incredible bliss bubbled up as I felt the freedom of realizing that my limits were of my own doing, imposed on my nervous system from years of programming. This course also injected the spirit of enthusiasm and commitment to our upcoming Silver Jubilee celebration here in Washington DC. For me, Guruji's call at the very end saying that this was "the beginning of a stress free, violence free America" was the bow that tied up the course into a powerful and timely course. So don't pass up an opportunity to do yourself -- and the world -- this favor!
The week afterward was as important as the course itself. I have always struggled getting people to sign up for Part 1 Courses, for which I had one starting later that week. The doership and my reserved approach -- read unenthusiastic -- to offering the course just wasn't working. I dropped my feeling that I was the doer, and that I was the failure if the course was too small. In Anandji's words, "Come what may, just give it 100%!" and it will happen. I just dropped my old attitude and took on this new attitude, and unbelievably 3 people signed up for the course before the end of the DSN! Great! More people showed up before the course started, and I did not feel like a failure when a couple I was working on for weeks to take the course decided not to take it.
I facilitate a guided meditation at NASA for our Art of Living Club there, which I did the day after the course. Remembering the strong chicken mantra, I boldly went in and gave the most enthusiastic intro talk I have ever done (shortest, too!). I gave it 100%. Chris Smythe-Macaulay -- my partner in the club -- said I was on fire! It felt really good. I could tell it really made people think about their lives. Though nobody actually signed up, rather than feeling guilty, I felt energized. However, I must admit it backfired a little. One woman who I was convincing to take the Part 1 course over again, said, "No way. I want the course that you just took!" I also went on a week long business trip for NASA. Again remembering the strong chicken thing, I was bold around those who are often intimidating, I was focused when we had a problem, and I felt -- and expressed -- a lot of joy and happiness. And do you know what? Peopled were attracted to that positive energy. It was fun to observe.
I keep reminding myself that I have a gift to share: this course and Guruji's knowledge. Got it? I do.

In part-1 course i learnt sutras and in DSN course i expereinced Sutras........The Best New Years Gift for my self.The AOL marketing process lot of my boundaries were broken up and i expereinced tremoundous freedom.....The Enthusiaasm of Anandji was so contagious...............I remember what anandji said in the course "there are some people like teddy bears who are like even if GOD comes i am not going to change" Only God can save them
Bole to - Anandji is to Guruji who Circuit is to Munna Bhai!! - He is simply the best teacher! I have have grown from the DSN course in Chicago and continue to grow... my sister and brother in law then took the basic course with him in NJ and simply loved it and then three weeks later they took the DSN course too! Art of Living and Anandji have taken my family to a new level... the transformation continues. Anadji, I am so grateful to you for bringing about this positive change in my life. It's one thing that the course is designed so well, but another thing to deliver the message in a way that I can retain and apply it in my life on a day to day basis. My journey over the last 7 months has been incredible. Can you
imagine I did my first Part 1 Course at the end of July in San
Mateo when Guruji was visiting the Bay Area. The journey began!
Since then I have done a Part 2 Course and two DSN courses, the last
one being in LA with Anandji, who will be teaching the upcoming
course in March.
Each course had its own unique flavor. But the DSN courses really
helped me understand through experience not from the mind. I was
able to see my own self-imposed limitations and break out of them,
to laugh at myself, to be a witness to my actions, to lose my ego
and, most important to me, to dance.
At Anandji's Part 1 course at the beginning of this month, I shared
my DSN experience there. I had told the group of 700 people that
the DSN experience was transforming for me. At the end of the
session, one person came up to me and asked me if there was a moment
in the DSN course where I realized I had changed. I thought what a
wonderful question. As I thought about it the answer was a grand
YES!!! Witnessing my own transformation and seeing that there was
one point where I saw the transformation was reason enough for me to
have taken the DSN course. Learning from Anandji was another.
Reading the notes describing the course, I can truthfully say that I
experienced everything advertised. DON'T MISS THIS OPPORTUNITY!!!

Truly an exceptional course. It gave me a window into what I could really accomplish when the boundaries that I have placed on myself are broken. The feeling I got in the course was truly amazing...simply undescribable!!...you just have to take it!! The knowledge I gained from the course has helped me get through any barrier in my life, and come out smiling. However, one must really live the knowledge to be effectively transformed, and I have to continue to make the effort on my part...if you truly want to have a more satisfying, purposeful life, if you truly want to break your barriers, if you truly want to become the best you can be and be a powerful positive force in your life and those around you, then you must take the course and GIVE 100%!! The course is truly one of the most wonderful courses I have ever taken, and I was truly happy for once in my life when I was in that course!! Oh, and Anand is one of the coolest people I have met!! :)

Anandji is totally amazing and is the very embodiment of commitment, enthusiasm and joy. In bay area, we have been very fortunate to have Anandji as the visionary and inspiration for us to organize the world's largest Part 1 course and the World's largest DSN. His influence is so amazing and it has completely transformed me, my connection to my master, the way in which i conduct my courses and give introductory talks. Thanks to Anandji's enthusiasm and inspiration, I have now started training manu US cities in the art of Organizing megc courses and giving successful introductory talks.
Life has taken a QUAD JHAKKAS LEAP after getting to know Anandji. Dont ever miss an opportunity to invite him to your city!!

Dear all, I was fortunate enough to be one of two from bay area to do DSN with Anand-ji in WashingtonDC. Many from bayarea experienced the awesome/intense 3-hour volunteer training with Anand-ji - and we took sankalpa for 1000 person course. Imagine
what 3.5 days with Anand-ji can help us with overcoming our own barriers, seva, etc.My summary of this course is this

The course felt like going through a big wash - inside/out. If I loose my smile, my awareness comes right back to regain it. When I left DC, I felt a fire inside me "rushing me to return here saying that's so much to do..." This course has taken my participation in life to next level. Right after course, a teacher, senior volunteer and me emailed Guruji a plan for worldwide project.
Please do whatever it takes for you as teachers, volunteers to do DSN with Anand-ji asap - either in LosAngeles or Chicago, even to repeat course with him. He is lot of fire, enthusiasm, fun - perfect for DSN teacher personality. Course has changed recently. I did DSN 2 years ago and felt course was very different now

Time has come for America, to take Art of Living movement to the next level. And attending this DSN is the ONLY Way. It is similar to Krishna telling Arjuna, "I am the ONLY way!"
Mind is the manufacturer of negativities, worries, doubts! To observe this mind, and realize that the creator of this mind... can give the tools to remove them as well is my realization in DSN with Anand ji.
In this DSN with Anand ji in Los Angeles, between December 28-31, 2006...there were 220+ people who gave BEST New Year gift to themselves. I was one of the Lucky 80+ Bay Area people who participated in this DSN.
I overcame my limitations of capabilities, limitations in expression, limitation in skills to handle stressful situations.
DSN's new definition is Dont Say NO!
YES mind all the solutions hidden.
I realized when a challenge comes (name it: Family, Career, Education, Volunteering, Sadhna etc.,)...when I decide "Yes!!" the means to achieve will follow as well!
Love is about Expression!
Love is never boring, even if expressed N number of times!
Being in LOVE, is what I learnt in DSN.
We got to talk to Guruji just as we made entry into 2007. His message for all of us was:

The meaning of my name "Priyadharshini" is "Delightful to look at". This is how I was during my teens - carefree and pleasant. At some point in my life, though I started complaining and cribbing and never stopped.... and totally lost the meaning to my name. The Art of Living Part 1 course has gotten me back that meaning. This is the best way that I can summarize my experience of this course.

once again :)...

not more than just 46 :)...Yes..only 46..I am sure all
want to know the who, what, when, where and how of
this extremely amazing event I am going to
share....but before that just take a deep breath in
and let go!
46 people doing DSN in Phaltan, Maharashtra...have
successfully, wonderfully, amazingly, gracefully and
impossibly possibly organized part1 course for more
than 1105 people in and around Phaltan,
Maharashtra.Yes..you have read it RIGHT.More than a
One thousand people.s lives have been transformed in
just a week.s time.
Isn't this a BIG WOW :)....this is the result of the
VOW (Sankalpa) that the simple, innocent and bright
faced participants took on the last day of their DSN
program...
..the DSN program conducted by none other than...who
else...Shri Anand Rajendran, international Art of
Living from Bangalore.
As all the DSN participants from Phaltan and nearby
places completed their course, a 3+1/2 day program, it
was a transformation none could miss.the timid ones
had turned into lions, quiet ones had become
extroverts and expressive...making one difficult to
stop them :) .the not so active ones had turned
dynamic and full of vigour.so much excitement,
dynamism, transformation in just 3 days....only

are eagerly awaiting for the coming months for their
turn to dive deep ..once again.in the ocean of grace
& service .to transform VOWS into WOWS.
After a rocking DSN in Pune, with no less than 105 participants, the DSN team all charged up, and lead by amazing Shri Anand Rajendran, headed to Phaltan. It.s a small taluka (village) very well known for its YLTP activities in Maharashtra located at 150 kms distance from Pune. This was the last destination for the series of DSNs organized - first one was conducted in Pune, next in Satara and the final was scheduled in Phaltan, starting 31 March 2005..one might call it the Triangular series :-)
Phaltan is not new to anyone in our AOL family. If anyone mentions YLTP, Phaltan is the word that comes to our mind. Phaltan has almost become synonymous to YLTP!!
To those of you who are new to AOL, Phaltan is a small taluka with less than a lakh population and YLTP service programs are in full swing in and around this place. So when DSN began - it was just 46 participants- 20 localites and 26 from nearby places like Jadhavwadi, Rannad, Sakharwadi and Mardi.
On the 2nd day, the DSN teacher, Anandji, very skillfully helped each participant break through personal inhibitions and barriers of all kinds.
Everyone of us, became so strong that each got charged with an attitude to put our 100% in the seva activities.
As Anandji puts it across, one needs an attitude of .Come what may, I will do it..
The punch and style in which all the one liners were conveyed, it.s simply inimitable. The Guru stories has rekindled the faith in the master, faith in the knowledge, giving each one the inner strength to recommit ourselves to spread this beautiful knowledge to many more.bring smiles to many a faces ..attitude to make a difference by constructive criticism, acceptance and open mindedness to learn new and unique facets of our personality.
Some amazing experiences for the participants are - 1. Anita Kapse - working in Bank of Baroda, Akluj felt such an amazing transformation - that after the course was over she has organized a part1 course - single handedly - just by giving introductory talks of more than 110 people in her village.
2. Dhananjay Deshpande from Satara was not ready for the course...second day of the course...he was ready bag & baggage all packed to return to his home town...he feared he would not be able to cope with the physical rigors, intense sadhana sessions and strict discipline during the course.
To his amazement and fortune, he made his mind to go through the hardships.
At the end of the course, everyone in the course and even Dhananjay was so happy that with tears in his eyes, he expresses that he would have missed all the self transforming processes, amazing Guru Stories, eye opening knowledge sessions and all the opening up, had he decided not to continue with the course.
Dear ones, isn.t that what the DSN is all about - being able to fight the strongest of inner resistances. To break free of them :-)
So the next time if you feel that little resistance not to let go of your fears.that inhibition that this is not your cup of tea .or the slightest doubt that you will not be able to do it.just remember . these three words

That was the power of DSN in Bahrain..unimaginable level of enthusiasm.....barriers falling apart....
leaders and public speakers in full
sway...."elephants" trumpeting....tears rolling down in sweet surrender.... Divinity all around....
An experience which has awakened the sleeping lions and lionesses!
Thank you GURUJI for such an amazing experience which we all had in Bahrain!
It was an electrifying DSN experience with our beloved Anandji (Anand Rajendran), the first course of his Gulf DSN schedule.
Enthusiasm was all there the moment Anandji stepped into Bahrain....coincidentally the weather also changed after Anandji's flight landed in Bahrain....a prelude to things to follow....a couple of intro talks that mesmerized the audience who were in two minds....Anandji's divine talks so full of vigour, enthusiasm, divinity....that the magic number doubled after these talks!!!
Then the roller coaster ride started....each moment a new experience and breaking more inner barriers....tremendous increase in self confidence, enthusiasm, vigor....the fear of public speaking just crumbling down....The participants were spell bound and so enthusiastic that they were not willing to go back home when the evening sessions got over well past
midnight! The 5 day course was full of new
processes that made everyone a leader and public speaker and determined to overcome any problem in life come what may! The course reached a crescendo on the last day which comprised of a number new processes.
When a process ended, one thought that it was all over but within few moments he guided us to a new process that was even more powerful than the previous one and that shook us more....and it continued....as if we were in the midst of an ocean and being struck by waves from all sides....but each making us stronger than before....it was an unbelievable experience....
EK LEHAR UTHA BAHRAIN ME JO CHAYEGA SARE GULF ME!!!
After the "ONN" we thought that it was all over....but it symbolized the beginning of yet another round of celebrations that continued till a few hours before midnight....
Around sunset we drove in a motorcade with Anandji to the Marina Corniche....it was a great sight with 15+ cars moving down together with blinking hazard lights past US Embassy and other sensitive points....people and police staring at us but no one dared to stop us....it was a feeling that we were on top of the
world and the Divine with us! The boat ride that
followed just happened....he said "Go" and the boat was there....we just walked in....so easily....without facing any obstacle....without any organizational problem....a spontaneous decision....and spontaneous action....and believe it or not the boat was loaded beyond capacity but nothing untoward happened....a moonlight meditation on the deck followed by satsang against the backdrop of the Bahrain coastline that seemed to have been awakened by the DSN....and people from the coast as well as from the passing boats waving and cheering at us and ready to join the celebration....
the DSN TOOK THEM ALL !!!
This one hour celebration in the boat was followed by an open satsang on the road around the corniche....as we sang and danced to the tune of ALLAH HU WAHI BISMILLAH REHMAN, all the way, the Bahrainis passing by, both old and young, male and female, waved and cheered at us.... this was the first time that we did satsang on the roads of Bahrain and were cheered by the locals!!!!!!
WE WERE UNSTOPPABLE!!!!
Anandji has given us the strongest shock absorbers!!!
It was a wonderful opportunity to be part of the divine experience....other family members in the Gulf should grab this opportunity....they should organize intro talks with Anandji and watch the number multiply....
We are grateful to our two loving teachers Shobhaji and Leenaji who have put more than 100% to make this course happen....Balaji and Sreeniji for organizing efforts....and our little angels who prepared the food, led by Rekhaji....
It was one of the greatest experiences in my life!!!!
I along with all the DSN participants would like to thank Anandji for giving us this course....I do not feel that the course is over....the celebration continues....

TSUNAMI HITS DUBAI ON 9TH MAY 2005 - 190 ON THE RICHER SCALE
You must be wondering on reading this as you all had not heard or read any
Tsunami news in the media today. It is Grace Tsunami.
With the blessings of Guruji the world's largest ever DSN with 190 people
started yesterday in Dubai with Anand Rajandranji?.WOW !!!!!!!!!!!!
How it all unfolded is very amazing, thrilling, ???.. !!!!!!!!!!!!.
Anandji is currently traveling in the Gulf countries conducting DSN
courses. His first visit to Dubai was on 23rd April 2005. During our
meeting we made a collective Sankalpa to have the world's largest ever DSN
in Dubai and started working. As always said by Anandji we don't need
to pay anything to think big. Dubai is always famous for many unique
and largest events.
We organized an DSN Intro Talk with Anandji attended by about 120 people.
In the intro talk almost 50% enrolled. After this few of the volunteers
mentioned to me that they are so thrilled and charged with energy that
they are unable to sleep at night. The volunteers have done everything
they can to achieve the big number.
The 9th wonder of the world has just happened in Dubai (with the 8th wonder being Palm Island which is also in Dubai). I am proud to be part of The World's Largest DSN course that has ever happened in the world and rocked by none other than the record breaker teacher Anand Rajendran himself. What to say...words are very less to describe the wonderful transformation we went through. The most blissful experience we are to cherish is to get get a live phone call from Guruji himself and that too on his birthday and bless all the participants. It ended with a grand mahasatsang celebration on our Guruji.s birthday.
It was a truly amazing 5 days session and now Dubai & Sharjah should be warned about Lions and Lioness wandering around trying to leap on the poor bunnies. SIMILARLLLLLYYYYYYYY Lots of transformations, miracles and the surrender had taken place during these 5 days. Anandji was just amazing.
The committment and energy level we got from him was fantastic. This being my first DSN course, I never knew I could break my barrier's within 5 days time (to be precise it broke in 3 days time coz the first 2 days was full of WONDER....as to what is happening to me) For those of you who were lucky to be a part of it, I am sure that we will miss those togetherness we shared among our team. I will just end this experience in short in simple Anandji style.JHAKKAS....GOT ITTTTTTTT....

The course has ended but the journey just started. Many thanks to Guruji for sending his 'wild ambassador' Anandji to Kuwait.
My experience is my own experience and the thought 'what is the point of sharing it and what way it can help others' held me back from sharing. Last week our beloved teacher Vinodji sent a mail asking everyone to share their experience, emphasizing its necessity. He wrote "Just imagine your experience would be a light for someone you don't know to travel further in knowledge.." If it helps that way, let me do it.
When it comes to expressing such a wonderful experience language itself becomes the barrier not one's proficiency. Before doing DSN whenever I read experience of others with many 'honey flowing and buttery' words (especially the teachers') I used to say (to be frank) "Ohhh. people are like this also.. " Now I can see how they are seasoned and reached such a blissful state.
Definitely the changes started happening 6 months back during my first DSN with Atikaji (another strong and tough Lioness), needless to say that was another eye-opening experience.
Two of my friends asked (during the course), you have done DSN once and what is the purpose of repeating? In fact at that time I was still figuring out the answer for myself yet managed to respond, but my mind wasn't happy enough with those answers and the question kept popping up during the first days. Another friend said (before the course) "you have done the DSN once and if you are repeating then it means definitely good and I will also do".
I got the answer from 4th day onwards. Many processes where new, (compared to first DSN) as if they were specially added for me. What a wonderful experience! I can only say one has to go through it. Any effort to detail them can only diminish one's thrill; it is like revealing climax of a suspense film. One of the many wonderful sutras I learned is what you think your 100% is not 100%. Now I wonder whether my participation was 100%! What attracted me the most is, Anandji's own conviction in what ever he taught us.
Second DSN could open another wider window to see things in a better perception in addition to sprouting devotion with creativity. An unseen power is forcing to make a difference in what ever happens through me. I have deleted the word 'try' from my dictionary. I cannot be a spectator anymore. I am simpler than before. The big rush in me gets slow downed to certain extent. The power of this course is immeasurable hence beyond compare. The aftereffect of 'DSN shock treatment' is yet to experience!
This sharing of experience will look incomplete without expressing gratitude to Guruji, Anandji, Vinodji and everyone who worked in the background / coordinated the whole event, especially those who cooked and transported delicious food in time (I am sure none of them would prefer to be listed here or expect appreciation because doing seva is their nature already). Appreciate all the lions and lioness for their wholehearted companionship in making the intense process humorous and fun filled.
Special thanks to my boss (who won't read this anyway) for letting me go early from office. When I requested him last time (first DSN) for permission to go early, he said "you shouldn't commit anything outside during office hours". I said the course I am attending will help me become more responsible, committed etc. He did permit. This time when I requested, he did not say anything against, instead encouraged.
I feel much honoured in sharing with you all, my experience on the recently
concluded DSN workshop in Kuwait from 25th to 29th April 2005.
HOW DID I PLUNGE INTO THIS DSN WORKSHOP ?.
To tell you the truth, I had the second thought on joining this DSN workshop
mainly because
1) I was coordinating the event and thus wanted to devote myself 100% for
making this successful &
2)I had already done TWO DSNs earlier in MAY and NOV. last year.
However, to honour Our Beloved Guruji's desire and Vinodji's instruction
that all volunteers should repeat the workshop for further self development,
I simply plunged into it without further thought. Now I realize that I would
have missed a GREAT opportunity, had I not participated into this MOST
wonderful workshop.
HOW WAS THE DSN EXPERIENCE?
Right from the time the workshop started, there was not a SINGLE dull
moment. Our beloved, yet very powerful DSN teacher Anand Rajendran ji is
full of enthusiasm from toe to head and so was the workshop. All the
processes and Padma sadhana sessions were simply superb, and I enjoyed each
and every event of the workshop. Thus it is difficult to express in the
words the DSN workshop, which can only be experienced by joining the course.
WHAT IS THE OUTCOME OF THE COURSE?
The course produced strong volunteers and strong volunteers became stronger.
One can realise this from the fact that the FOUR groups of the DSN could
produce more than 40 participants for the part 1 course scheduled from 8th
May 2005. Also these groups conveyed AOL message to a big mass by one to one
contact and group introtalks in a short span of time. This is a big leap
towards creating a divine society, which is the most favourite dream of our
beloved Guruji and the sole aim of DSN workshop.
Lastly I wish to express my deep gratitude to our dearest Guruji, whose
grace flowed in abundance throughout the course and he made it apparent by
showering Rain and thunder storm at exactly the same time and at the same
place where the course was concluded. No way it was a coincidence and so
really it is amazing. Our deep appreciation and gratitude to our beloved
Anandji who shared his profound knowledge and experience with utmost
enthusiasm and transformed all of us & Vinodji for his wonderful guidance
and cooperation in conducting the course. My deep appreciation and gratitude
to all the volunteers and each and everyone without whose cooperation this
course would have not been successful with special mention to LADIES Team
for providing home cooked delicious and mouth watering food.

Is it my 5th DSN? I think no its my first DSN, I did 4 other DSNs, through each DSN,
I transformed a lot, my faith in master started in first DSN, I stopped using
alcohol, non veg food, but something was lacking in me to do my seva one hundred
percent, I cudn't really participate one hundred percent in Guruji's vision of
making Divine society. I was in my comfort Zone and I never did my legwork one
hundred %.
Let me explain the experience in last course with the Dynamic Teacher
Anand Rajendranji *. Perfect blend of outer dynamism & inner peace,
The day I met him in satsang I thought, come what may*I am going to do this DSN One
of the right decisions I took in my life!! I was sitting in course with an attitude
that I know what is the next process as I did couple of DSNs before, I couldn't
figure it out what is happening, other than couple of process ,everything was new
for me, totally a new course for me!!!! I started feeling the confidence level
growing high! I can't talk about the process*. Go & do DSN with our little
Bunny, U can become a Lion.
The way Anandji was taking knowledge sessions is AMAZING!!! No effort at all *all
sutras are in our fist!!!! I cud never apply any of the knowledge point in my life
before I get affected by the incident, I had to sit & keep applying the knowledge
points again & again to come out of the situation. Now its in my reach * no *in my
hand!!!
Anandji's Guru stories really started building the faith in everybody, we started
realizing that the faith in master is the only wealth which will be with us always.
He taught us the 100% what we are thinking our 100% is not 100%....... he taught us
how to surrender!!! How to be committed!!! How can we expand our comfort zone.

Last week we finished an amazing & adventureous journey which produced several roaring LIONS & LIONESS. Although i am repeating DSN. What i experienced in this course i have never had before. Each process in this course was really awakening the self and had an direct impact on my vision, Each moment which i spend was lively & a charging effect on me.Really made me realize the value of commitment right from the word go!!!
The Compassion & Grace Anand Ji carried each one us paying attention to each one of us was something really an amazing experience for me. We thought of organizing the biggest DSN in the
Maharashtra. He blessed and we have a written a page
in the book of history of whole of Maharashtra.
The meaning of the wink can be understood only after
some miracle happens and realization dawns. Miracle in
the form of the biggest DSN happened in Pune.
Inspired by Dubai and Bangalore , the thirst for
organizing one of the largest DSN in Pune too, Pune
experienced the taste of the biggest DSN. Though we
missed the WORLD Record by a mere 70 participants yet
we did all make a mark in HISTORY OF PUNE AND
MAHARASHTRA by organising a DSN of 152 Participants.
Transforming to lions, participants are roaring now
and it is audible from a radius of one kilometer
atleast.It is so easy to find the DSN venue where the
course is on . High Intensity of Energy is felt all
around the venue atmosphere.
During the journey they are now loosing so many
things - ego,inhibition, fear, inertia, sense (to an
extent),doubts. Yet they are happy because they
are getting some other true wealth- confidence,
conviction,vision and the Love of Our Dearest Anandji.
The journey is fresh and intriguing because everyone
is with nature.

Inspired by Dubai's thirst for world's largest DSN, Bangalore experienced the taste of the biggest DSN. Hearing how Dubai geared up for the DSN under the prevailing circumstances and the efforts they put in was truly an additional source of inspiration. A world record DSN with more than 230 people thus became a reality.
We embarked on the wild journey called the DSN. Wild life is never so enjoyable. Transforming to lions, participants roared and it was audible for a radius of one kilometer. Yeah, some of them roared during satsang also but others were well quipped to protect themselves from the effects.
Walking an elephant stride, they ripped apart all the challenges that came in front of them in their journey towards themselves. During seva time, dear ones jumped like rabbits and moved like deer. They were quick and also caught the attraction of everyone around. They bent like snakes, flew like supermen (superwomen), breezed like air, sailed like a ship and conquered the mountain in the now famous padmasadhana process. They ate raw berries and strawberries during their walks. The 3 day cross country program across the jungle became more intense with every night. Moving in the jungle of unknown, they broke all the boundaries and crossed all the fears leaving them strong and fearless. They played the roles perfectly and entitled themselves to glimpses of glory. They realized their potential and had total faith in the infinite intelligence that guided them through their walk. They were waiting to see that infinite intelligence in action. So we took them to sea-shore.
The entourage packed themselves in technological transporters otherwise known as cars and bikes and rushed towards the serene and bustling resort on the outskirts of Bangalore. The highlight of this picnic was the rendezvous with the lighthouse. All the participants were thrilled to meet the manifestation of infinite intelligence and so was Guruji.
Such a beautiful radiance emanated from him. Probably by seeing more radiant faces, he decided to meet them all after the satsang. The satsang was a blast and everyone was waiting for the jungle meet. Guruji met everybody one to one and satisfied that lingering longing that lies in every heart. They went ecstatic and showered him with the flora of the jungle. Determined to transform themselves to honey bees, they exposed themselves to the nectar of love. It was so sweet and delicious. Stung by the knowledge of DSN, they were resilient to 'reality bites'. During the journey they lost so many things . ego, inhibition, fear, inertia, sense (to an extent), doubts. Yet they were happy because they got some other true wealth . confidence, conviction, vision and our dear Anandji. The journey was fresh and intriguing because everyone was with nature (*read as their nature*).
Coming out and looking back the journey one thing still remains .that's meeting with guruji and the words that echoes for ever. When asked for a message for the DSN participants he said "*The whole DSN is the Message*".
Then he said a quote which has to be fabricated every time you invent a doubt for your abilities.
"You can do much more than what you think you can do. You all should work towards it".

The perennial grace of the Gurudev has begun to flood the AOL Bahrain Chapter and the world over. With his blessings the biggest Part 1 course ever, outside India with 220 participants has commenced on 5th June 2005.
Once again it is Anand Rajendranji creating history on the last leg of his Gulf tour inspiring volunteers and mesmerizing participants. The past month was one of high powered enthusiasm and 100% commitment from the Bahrain AOL volunteers. They were eating, walking and thinking mega for the Mega Part 1 course.
Right now we are revelling in the bliss of having succeeded in organizing a big big blast course. Every minute is a celebration. Learning the knowledge with fun and frolic and processes hallmarked with Anandji.s wit, is the trend of our part 1 course. We are right now on top of the world with knowledge so profound.
His dedication, devotion and commitment are exemplary of a unique teacher.

The crowning glory and the cherry on top of our cake of celebrations was our telephone conversation with Guruji who blessed everyone in Bahrain.

I could discriminate the divinity in each one. The transformation was
noticeable everywhere. The 204 participants were sooooooo ... charged
after the course which was proven by the . roaring Lions and Lioness. at
the venue. The enthusiasm and the .come what may I will to do it.
attitude was the strength and success of such a wonderful DSN.
Anandji was so conscientious of each one participated. Anandji, you are
amazing ...you are the replica of love.

That is my motto now. DSN - Divya Samaj ka Nirman - Creation of a Divine
Society. For me, it is Don't Stop; Never.
Some of you read my experiences from the last DSN which I did 2.5 years
back. Some I shared with folks during satsangs also. For some reason,
although I achieved so much more after the last DSN, I had stopped at some
point. Something happened and life got in the way and I stopped. This time
again when Rashmi asked me to do DSN, my first response was - "I have
already done it and what new thing will I get out of it. If I have to do
DSN again, that means it does not work; isn't it?" Once again, my dear wife
came through as she as time and again and proved me wrong. Now it's not
even funny to be proven wrong so many times.
So, what happened again? Well, to start with Rashmi and Priya arm-twisted
me into signing up for DSN. Well, Rashmi, I could fight back, but this time
she had an accomplice. Now I know in my heart that this was all the plan of
the divine. Now, the last statement that I just made, I would not have made
for anything ever, four days back. Some of you should just get what DSN did
to me by that. For others, let me elaborate.
This DSN I found out by first hand experience that the barriers that I had
before the last DSN were already broken long time back. I just did not know
that - how stupid can one be? I thought, all the positive changes and
achievements that happened after the first DSN was all that was I was
supposed to get out of DSN. Not only did I find out that all those barriers
were gone, but I also found out exactly why I had stopped and got
opportunity to apply what I learnt in DSN to confirm that I am unstoppable
now. "A bold statement", you say; eh? Okay, I will make that statement
again (in your face) - nothing can stop me now. There you go.
So, some of you are still thinking about Art of Living; aren't you? "Hmmm -
it's good, I like the pranayam and kriya and I do it when I need to and
occassionally get involved in seva projects. That is really good for me.
So, thank you, but no thank you." I know exactly how you feel. Four days
back I was in the same shoes. Ask some satsangis who know me close enough
and you will know exactly what I mean. I look at myself four days back and
feel sorry and now tears come to my eyes. Tears of gratitude that I am so
blessed and fortunate to be part of something so phenomenal. So, wake and
smell the bliss. The sun will rise and set and you will still be tucked
under your comforter feeling comfortable and miss the opportunity to enjoy
the beautiful sunny day. Your choice, but everytime things are not working
out for you, remember me and remember - you have been given an opportunity
and you chose what you chose.
This is what I have done after the very first basic course; I have started
being aware of the coincidences in my life that work in my favor. I started
counting all those coincidences that worked in my favor and started
wondering if these were mere coincidences. This DSN gave me proof that they
were not mere coincidences. And I will not tell you what that proof was,
but I will close this by listing the latest "coincidence". My first day
after DSN, back to work, I get an unscheduled annual performance review late
in the evening and I get a very unexpected promotion and more than expected
pay raise. You choose what to make out of this and for your sake, I hope
you choose well.

I overcame my limitations of capabilities, limitations in expression, limitation in skills to handle stressful situations.
DSN's new definition is Dont Say NO!
YES mind all the solutions hidden.
I realized when a challenge comes (name it: Family, Career, Education, Volunteering, Sadhna etc.,)...when I decide "Yes!!" the means to achieve will follow as well!
Love is about Expression!
Love is never boring, even if expressed N number of times!
Being in LOVE, is what I learnt in DSN.
We got to talk to Guruji just as we made entry into 2007. His message for all of us was:
